Esplendor by Wyndham is now seeking a Líder de Recepción to join our team at Esplendor by Wyndham Buenos Aires Plaza Francia in Buenos Aires CityArgentina.

Propósito

Coordinar y dar soporte de supervisión para el correcto funcionamiento del departamento de Front Desk/ HSK para cumplir con los objetivos planteados, lograr la satisfacción del huésped y la excelencia en el servicio brindado

Principales funciones & responsabilidades

  • Controlar los ingresos del día (huéspedes) y las cargas de reservas a fin de que a la llegada del huésped todo esté según lo esperado
  • Gestionar los reclamos de los huéspedes con el objetivo de obtener respuestas satisfactorias a los pedidos de los mismos
  • Recepcionar y realizar out de los huéspedes a fin de que la primera impresión sea agradable; como así también realizar el cierre de las cuentas y conocer el nivel de satisfacción de los huéspedes
  • Coordinar con Front y Ama de llaves las tareas del día (cantidad de huéspedes para el desayuno, cantidad de habitaciones necesarias para la ocupación, etc.) y requerimientos especiales (desayunos especiales, etc.), con el objetivo de lograr el correcto funcionamiento de la operación, siguiendo los procedimientos de la empresa
  • Elaborar el cronograma y horarios de trabajo con el objetivo de asegurar cubrir todos los turnos con el personal suficiente para llevar a cabo el servicio
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de las tareas asignadas a cada miembro del equipo para asegurar que el servicio sea ejecutado conforme a las políticas y estándares de calidad
  • Controlar / Auditar el trabajo de facturación y caja, como así también investigar y corregir discrepancias, para asegurar que la información enviada a administración sea completa y correcta
  • Confeccionar informe de novedades de personal: asistencias, ausencias, vacaciones, días de estudio, etc. El mismo se envía a la gerencia para la confección de las liquidaciones de sueldos

 

Educación & Experiencia

Profesional de la carrera Licenciatura en Hotelería y Turismo o carreras afines

 

Inglés avanzado

 

Portugués intermedio

 

Manejo avanzado de paquete Office

 

Experiencia en puestos similares mayor a 3 años
